West Air did a full replacement of my 22year old run down, inefficient Carrier air-conditioner this week. All communication on the lead up to install was exemplary, even after the original install date had to be rescheduled due to poor weather. The installation team were wonderful. They had the impossible task of installing R2 ducting into very confined spaces. It was a big job. They left the place looking spotless and took away all of the old aircon and ducting. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and how nice the guys were. Thank you! I love my new air con.

I had ducted installed this year, after not having decent air conditioning ever. Last years heat waves left me dreading Summer all over again. The last couple of weeks have had some pretty high temperatures, and for the first tie ever, my home has become my refuge. West Air were reliable, knowledgeable and honest in their quotes, installation and managing my expectations (which have been exceeded). I had my split system air-conditioning installed by this company in 2017. Worked ok for about one year. Then the trouble started and continues to December 2020. The installation wasn't performed in the correct way. They did come back and supposedly rectify it. Unfortunately it wasn't.
I have had Fujitsu out here they found an installation issue, once again.
I now have another air-conditioning company fixing up Westairs shoddy workmanship.

We called for getting a quote and this company gave us an appointment a week later and we still took it. The previous day we get an email confirming the appointment and in the morning of the day, we get an email saying they are unable to come. I had to reschedule my work to fit this appointment and waited for a week for getting them (the only enticement was that Fujitsu had $500 off offer). This is indeed very bad customer service and courtesy demands you at least call us instead of emailing as we aren't next to an email account all the time. Glad we came to know about this unpunctual nature of

I had ducted air installed in my home today by Jason, Henry and Braysan, the team were very professional and knowledgeable and worked flat out in wet rainy conditions with limited space in the roof and were able to place ducted air in my sun room which no other company would quote as it was a difficult job and took experience.
We are beyond happy with the service and would highly recommend west air and especially the team that provided us a wonderful service.

We recently had West Air conditioning install a Daikin air conditioner into our brand new home. From the first time I made contact with West Air conditioning I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The installation team arrived on time and did a fantastic job.
