We recommend purchasing tapware & fixtures through us as to avoid any future warranty issues down the track should they arise. If we have previously unblocked a drain and retrieved tree roots from the drainage system, this would indicate a crack in the pipework somewhere. We would have previously provided you with the option to camera inspect or provided a fixed price for drainage repair.

Poor service & communication which is funny because they say they pride themselves on 5 star service. Plumber came for a dripping tap, was left to complete job in bathroom, plumber started carrying onto himself… about the tap wear being hard to get off and then informed he might have to scratch the tapwear because he needed to use plyers to remove the taps to change the washers. When plumber left, the tap worked but splurted water. a day later, we noticed a flood coming from the cupboard under the sink.. Instead of a leaky tap we ended up with a new blowout of a pipe under the sink right

I wasn't informed that there would be a charge to obtain a quote. This is second time it has happened to me. I should have known better than to go back to them. They did used to be good as I have used them in the past, so don't know why they have changed. Plumber was trying to make me have a system that I didn't want. Ended up going somewhere else, obtained a quote for the same system that was recommended to me, (just to see the price) and yes, it was cheaper. I'm very disappointed.

Excellent service, and on time. We called up numerous plumbers but none willing to come or even do rough quote over the time. Plumbing Bros told us the quote and we booked in. The guys arrived 8 mins within the allocated time slot.

We had a ensuite tap leak, where we had to turn our water off on Saturday night. We contacted Plumb Bros around 8.30am on a Sunday morning and we had Luke attend around 9.30. Within the hour Luke had used the tap in the 2nd bathroom and put it in our ensuite tap and capped off the 2nd bathroom tap and we once again had running water! Luke was tidy and professional and even our dog loved him!
