Definitely a genuine 5 star review for these guys. Good old fashioned service and quality work from Ray and Daniel. The toilet, taps and everything now functioning as it should in our home and very reasonable price. Your fridge magnet staying up for sure. 👍

Ray and Daniel are fantastic. My kitchen sink was blocked up and they were amazing and dedicated to getting it unblocked for me and it wasn't an easy job at all. Best decision ever to hire these guys! :)

Ray was fantastic. First time we have ever used this company. Fast service on a Saturday morning, great value, excellent workmanship, and left the place tidier than it was before he started. He arrived within an hour of speaking to him on the phone, with our new hot water system ready for installation. A hard worker, honest and trustworthy. Even sorted some taps for us inside the house that had been problematic for years. Nothing was too much to ask and a lovely guy as well. Will definitely use him again. Can highly recommend Ray from Universal Plumbing and Gas. 👍

I have been a customer of Ray and Daniel for the last 4 years and will never use another plumber. We have been slowly renovating an entire house that has the worst original plumbing and previous additions. They have been with us every step of the way. They provide the highest quality service, have always accommodated my time frames and are so reasonably priced. They are great guys, friendly, warm and always give timely and honest advice. I wish there was 100 stars to give ⭐⭐⭐

Ray has helped us out quite a few times and is always happy to help provide advice over the phone (even if it means he misses out on a call-out fee) and he's been very responsive when we've had plumbing emergencies at different properties. Very reasonable rates, great workmanship and most of all reliable and genuinely wants to help, not just squeeze you for cash. Highly recommended.

I had a hot water service that stopped working overnight with water leaking from the bottom, an obvious replacement required. Called Ray and Daniel and had a replacement delivered within the hour, Installation completed within the subsequent hour. Very happy with the product and service. Competitively priced and trustworthy.

Fantastic service from Ray, we called and he came (when he said he would), Ray solved our problem without fuss, told us what he was doing and cleaned up when he was finished. A genuinely nice guy and I was particularly impressed with his son, who was also very polite and helpful. If you need a plumber give Ray a call, we are really happy with the prompt, clean and courteous service.

Can't beat service that Universal Plumbers provides....absolutely outstanding and second to none. I had a 'hissing toilet'...Ray was out later that arvo and fixed with no fuss. Efficient, very reasonably priced, quality job....and very friendly. You know when people say 'you just don't get good old fashioned service anymore'...well you do with Ray. I have recommended Universal Plumbers to my friends and family.
