Surprisingly one of the WORST building companies and customer service to deal with. After buying a house, I called to get the building plans off them, however they kept saying that "They will get back to me". After the third time, they just said that they "will not" provide me with the plans and could not tell me why. Their excuse was "we just cant". OK no worries. I will be sure to use someone else for my other 2 builds that are coming up.

WORST BUILDING COMPANY I have ever dealt with ,,, promised a contract in 6 week's , have that in a email , signed up with a deposit and was told that price would be locked in ..6 MONTHS LATER I get a contract with a price rise' of $60,000 more than agreed , got out while I could but lost $15,000 New home grant and another $15,000 in rent , and they refuse to refund my deposit .DO YOUR RESEARCH , save yourself a lot of drama and expense , and stay well away from Oracle

AVOID ORACLE AT ALL COSTS.
Do you research, there is a building with Oracle Facebook page. I highly recommend reading through it.
After about 5months of delays I finally received a FIXED price contract, only for them to issue a 40k price increase a few weeks after signing.
Follow this, it was extremely hard to get a hold of anyone to discuss it.
When I did get through, the person I spoke to, when I asked him his job title, he said
"I don't have a job title - I just do odd jobs."
So no one that could make any decisions anyway. After about 30 calls (not an exaggeration) I finally got through
