Very bad. Once you buy land and pay, they don't care anymore.
Acting like pross when it comes to telling you what to do with the facade, and declining it for no reason.
But when it comes to what they do as builders, they don't care about surroundings, they can do whatever they like. Never again would make business with them.

My build design was sent to DFC for approval in late January 2021.
They were nitpicking about the smallest irrelevant things, mostly about windows.
Anyway, I just want to start building my home so I ended up agreeing to all the nitpicking and then sat waiting for approval.
Two months past with no communication, I emailed and called and emailed and called again.
Finally they got back to me and asked me to put a huge extra window in the ensuite by the toilet and so big that I would have to cut part of the vanity mirrors.
Again, I reached for a comprise and asked if I could make the window just

Never want to fix their dodgy workmanship continue to blame me for their faults.. render cracking and chipping dodgy wall repairs en-suite door hit towel rail soft spots in floating floor Starter in ducted heating unit was arcing out on steel case cracking in plaster never in their tolerance to repair

Highly unprofessional and unreliable. We purchased a block of land from them and now we are trying to get hold onto someone but there is no response. We have been trying for 4 week, tried different numbers and left multiple messages but no-one calls back. Stay away from them....don't lose your hard-earned money to them.......

I met with Sales Consultant at Clyde North display homes but the way I was treated ..... Could not be more insulting.
I was blatantly told that if I was serious then he would spend time in explaining me the process otherwise he can not waste his time with me.
He told me that he gets all his business from referrals and he doesn’t need to waste his time where people are just doing window shopping.....
But my friend still convinced me to listen to this arrogant sales consultant because we are the ones who needed to build the house.
We still spent some time with consultant and tried to convince
