Building homes for hard working Australians has always been at the very core of what we do. In 1996, our CEO Rob Harder made a leap. He went from operating a kitchen cabinetry business to building new homes with friend and fellow builder Andrew Clement. Seeing their opportunity to join the market, the pair did what they knew best and began servicing owner-occupiers.

We had owned investment properties before however Impact Homes was the first company we had ever built with.
We found a nice design that suited our rather narrow lot and were able to choose our own colours and limited upgrades to suit. The house was built quicker than expected which was great considering we could get tenants in there quickly.
The property has always and continues to receive above market rate for rent and it has never been vacant. The current tenants have just signed their third 12 month lease which shows how happy they are living in the home.

I recently built my second Investment property with Impact.
My decision to use them a second time was after the first build ran smoothly, finished ahead of schedule and was of good quality. I also enjoyed the access to their portal link which let me see the progress of the build anytime.
The second build ran just as smoothly as the first and was also finished well ahead of time which was great. The staff are very willing to help with any concerns or queries I had and I was impressed with the quality of the builds on both occasions.

It's not the builder it's the development host how the have made this hammer blockof 700 MTRS with only five meters of frontage just another money grab to much disappointment to comment any further but will fishing with . absolutely crunched .the builder got his rental the way he wanted in unit layout at the he coast of the little bloke off course now I have a front bloody door at the back side of my property and thinking of getting legal advice due to complete lack of privacy can't talk about any personal issues in my own house because don't no who's 3 and half meters away listening on.one man

I rented with this company for 12 months and it has been absolutely hands down the worst experience of my life. Breaching me twice & then taking it back with no apology or acknowledgement that they were wrong. Booked house inspections that they never turned up for or never answering there phone. Continuous emails with no response as they are with holding my bond from me, yet continue to have inspections in the property that I vacated on the 8th of feb and still they continue to lie & never follow up on things they say. Would not recommend this real estate, completely inappropriate & unprofessional

Trying to get Impact back to the property after it was built to rectify problems was all too hard for Impact. They never return phone calls or emails and we were left with a house that had unprofessional finishes which they said were 'satisfactory '. Simple things in their eyes, but we had a long list of things that they would not find time to come back to the property for. Will definitely build again, but not with this company. 😡😡
