The specs on the equipment was identical, with the Rozelle plumbing quote being borderline predatory. Both on equipment cost and instal. I confirmed that I could walk into a plumbing supply store and buy the specified equipment at CONSUMER RETAIL price at a very substantial price saving. They told the neighbour that they had special buying power.
The other plumber who quoted did the job beautifully and the equipment

I broke through a charged storm water pipe while digging in my garden in the late afternoon. Water was surging everywhere and I initially thought I punctured a water line. Called Laser Plumbing and Jake was here within 30 minutes. He completed the repair in an hour. He did a great job in an awkward location as he dealt with bamboo roots, mud and a tight space.
