Paul installed new sewer and water to a Tiny House on our property. He also repaired and re-routed the storm water from three downpipes including repair of a feed to our storage tank. We recently added extra drainage for the stormwater due multiple flooding episodes into our garage and basement. Paul was able to come on the day I rang to assess the situation. He was quick in diagnosing the problem and came up with a solution which required approval from our local council. Paul contacted the drainage asset engineer from council and was able to clearly explain our concerns and his plan in solving the issue. Once approval was granted, Paul and his team carried out the job in time prior to the recent torrential rain experienced in Sydney. Paul also followed up with a phone call

Renovating is a stressful process, but having Paul as our plumber made the process so much easier.
