Scott from FXD Plumbing has been great from the very first phone call.
I had just moved into our new home and it's an old build so unfortunatly the pipes blocked up, on a Saturday of course!
Scott answered straight away, gave a fair price and arrived promptly.
He took the time to explain the issues and our possible solutions.
We then had him complete the repairs and he was great with all the questions we newbies had.
He was always fair, honest and reliable. I would highly recommend.

He got right to the cause of the problem (unlike the last plumber) and fixed it all pretty quickly. Was up-front about prices, talked me through the problem using a camera, and what he was doing to fix it.

Scott was great. Made time to come around quickly to help with a gas leak. Identified the problem and solved it on the spot. Scott is the most professional, competent and responsive plumber I have ever worked with. He is respectful of the people he works for and the space he works in. He gives notice of his estimated arrival and cleans up at the end of the job - which is so important with little children around. His payment system is a breeze. I recommend him without hesitation.

Excellent service, on time, and obviously very knowledgeable about what was the cause of our knocking pipe issue.
The business is a local inner west business and the boys took shoes off before coming inside!
Highly recommended and we will definitely use them again if required.
