Cooperbuilders project managed a 9 month major (full home) renovation for us. Where Steve didn’t do the work himself, he brought in quality, trustworthy sub contractors. The design aspect to his services offered proved invaluable! .

Steve did some plastering and worked on some windows. The plastering has a perfect finish! The windows are very professional looking and do the job nicely. Steve is good at thinking up solutions to difficult building problems, and he has many creative ideas for new buildings. He was very good at keeping us informed re any delays, etc. Thanks Steve - nice work!
