Building a new home can be a daunting process. Here at Bristoldawn Construction we can guide you every step of the way making it an enjoyable process with a rewarding and successful outcome. On average for a standard size custom home using regular building materials the process of design, approvals and construction will take around 1 year broken down into 6 months for pre-construction and 6 months for construction.
There are many benefits to extending or renovating your home and the first is remaining close to friends, family, schools, and places you already love. Very often it is more cost-effective to renovate or extend your home. With careful design and the guidance from a reputable builder you can convert your home into something really amazing that provides more comfort, increases the value of your home, and more functional for you and your family.
We can work with a client brief from scratch, take the lead from completed concepts or tweak and revise a completed design, either way we'll start where you want us to in achieving your perfect home design. 1st meeting where we discuss all your ideas and aspirations which maybe a several meeting process to fully understand your design criteria.

Bristoldawn's George Copping worked with my Dad and I to custom design an amazing space that is far beyond any regular Granny Flat.
