Mindful homes completed our extension and renovation in February 2020. Recently we noticed a significant amount of condensation in one room that had a partial renovation, primarily rebuilding of an external wall including replacement of a bay window. Mindful Homes was notified and referred Jason Windows who supplied the windows on their behalf to assess. In the meantime, we noticed the master bedroom had the same issue, the master bedroom was a full new extension. Bay window was also installed here as part of the renovation. Both windows are double glazed. Jason Windows have indicated the issue

Transparent and Professional!!
Mindful Homes did our top storey addition and we couldnt have asked for any better service. There were no hidden costs from the start, very professional staff and always timely communication, if not early.
The site was always left clean and the whole build was absolutely stress free. Everything was managed so well that the time just flew and we were in the new part of the house! Thank you Josie and David! It has been a great experience and we highly recommend Mindful Homes.

Construction - Second story addition
We can highly recommend Mindful Homes for home renovations. Josie and David have transformed our pokey and small 1991 3x1 villa into a double story family home, creating open plan living on the ground floor and a master suite on the second floor including a lounge, home office area, master bedroom, large walk-in-robe, and an ensuite. The design of our second story addition is not only functional, it is creative and offers good street appeal.

I would recommend working with David and Josie. During our bidding time they came across very down to earth and offer a very realistic approach on how they would perform the job. Their pricing was in pair with the work delivered and their timing was the best out of all contractors. When you do a renovation and you stay in the house this was important to us. They have delivered to promess.
I would also mentioned that they offered a great design through their Architect, it was the one that suited our need the best. And making changes during the built was not an issue. There is always a few bumps

Thank you to David and Josie at Mindful homes! they helped us transform our baron wasteland of a backyard into a functional entertaining space including a brilliant outdoor kitchen, Bar, Pool table space, darts area, toilet and a adjoining workshop space, we were so happy we asked Mindful homes to keep going and complete the front yard! David and Josie are very professional, energetic, open, transparent and focused on delivering a quality outcome! we also enjoyed the team of trades who worked on the project.

Could not be more happy with my decision happy to have David and Josie build my large renovation.It ran smoothly throughout the job and both David and Josie were always available to answer all my questions promptly.
