So disappointed in Caino pools, the pool fencing that was part of our contract was constructed from second hand materials and so badly constructed that you could push it over, the heat pump purchased from them has never worked and all the plumbing including water features they used the wrong sized pipes. Where they placed the filtration system the land is eroding and the entire system about to fall over, we have spend two months repairing their mistakes and they will not respond, even after one of the glass panels exploded all the did was send us the address for replacement but no mention of all

Last year we had our pool put in and I had absolutely no knowledge of what to do. Casino Pools was patient, always willing to listen and help me with any of my pool problems. He has walked me through various steps with respect to using my pool pump or cleaning it. He is a great employee of Casino Pools that I enjoy working with. Casino Pools service is far superior. As a relatively 'new' pool owner I had great difficulty in finding good help and service from a pool company until I found Casino Pools. They were the first to listen to my questions & spend the time and effort to help me with my pool. From open to close, & a pump replacement in between, I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with their guidance and service!
