Peter Stosius started the commercial construction tradition (initially through Stosius Constructions) back in 1972. Commitment to staff training and development, resulting in the retention of quality management and key tradesmen. Key Stosius & Staff site personnel are permanent members of the team and are not 'contractors' engaged for a one-off job only.

The key staff who will be on your site are our own people. Having our own staff means we keep your costs down, but critically we also able to ensure high standards are consistently maintained.
While of course it depends on the circumstances of the construction project, given the size and nature of our workforce, generally we're able to get started fairly quickly. It's very likely!
