Living Well Granny Flats have formed a team of experienced individuals who have a passion for building and a drive for perfection. A team of individuals who have been in the industry since 1984. With a commitment to superior excellence and group of individuals with a big vision, together we are "Living Well Granny flats".
Before going to site we will conduct a desktop study to make sure your site meets the criteria to build a granny flat, through either a complying development certificate (CDC) or go through a development application (DA). Our experienced team will visit your property to evaluate and assess whether any additional site cost is required and give you professional advice on what's needed.
