Aghapy Customer service have far exceeded our expectations After looking at many other builders, we went back to our first choice Aghapy and built our house with them. They quoting us on a package that fell within budget and ticked all the boxes. We spent a lot of effort finalizing a house design that would complement our lifestyle, Joe was very professional in the way he negotiated and prepared a building contract.
I checked out Joe's feedback and gave him the job. What I liked about him is that he did exactly what he promised. Joe updated us every week on the progress of our home and was always available whenever we needed him. Wonderful experience dealing with Aghapy From the very beginning, we have had a wonderful experience dealing with the team at Aghapy.
From receiving weekly updates on the status of our build, to having our questions addressed promptly- their service has been excellent. We are very happy with the quality of the final product. We were incredibly lucky to have an outstanding Joe as a site manager as he was very understanding of our situation and he went 'above and beyond' to assist us with some difficult issues.

The quotation provided to you is a comprehensive fixed price and a list of inclusions/exclusions which provides a high level of detail about the work to be undertaken.

Worst experience dealing with this company. After signning the contract and few days before building, they decided to increase the price by $10.000 bcs they felt like it. owner was extremely rude, unprofessional and showed no sign of experience in the industry so we cancelled our contract, lost money but I am glad I did and went with a different company, Inhouse granny flat that were much cheaper, better quality and better customer service.
For you respond Joe I am glad I didn't go ahead with a posion and dirty company such as this.

Our Knock down Rebuild journey with Aghapy ran incredibly smoothly, we couldn’t believe it! Throughout the entire process, Aghapy were up front with all costs involved. Joe was also an excellent supervisor who took pride in his work- keeping us well informed of any changes and responding to any questions we had straight away. We have no hesitation in recommending Aghapy as a home builder, we were happy with every aspect of our experience.

I would recommend Joseph from Aghapy Constructions to anyone. His attention to detail is second to none and he goes above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. I do work for Aghapy Constructions and they are one of the few builders who pay within 24 hours, which makes all the trades people happy to be on his jobs and go above and beyond for them as well. The finished product of every job is 10/10.

only slowed down by some rain in the initial stages which was no fault of the builder.
