I am half way through my build with Nav at the moment, and I can say i am lucky to have him as our builder. Our custom design we came with to with Nav to build and building during covid restrictions has presented many challenges that Nav has had to resolve. He has been able to accommodate any changes we have had to make or requested. He has a good eye for detail and knows what to do to make a nice home and we are kept up to date with the build and building process. We only wish we had him on board during our design stage. Highly recommend.

We built with Nav Homes and now been in our home for 3 years . We havent had any major issues with home maintenance just some minor stuff which was quickly fixed.
We had nothing but great service, the team was very helpful, flexible and always resolved any issues we had along the way.
Nav Homes has been very reasonable with pricing for such great quality. They simply beat the price then all the other builders we have been too.
