Each kit comes with detailed structural layouts including dimensions and step by step instructions showing every stage in detail.

At the Patio Factory, we go through the patio shire process every day. Patio building approval is important. We concentrate on patio design approval, planning approval and building approval and that's just for one job site! Stay away. They clearly don’t want or need your business. I had a patio supplied by these guys 10yrs ago and it was a fantastic service. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, the business is now a complete joke.
Last year I rang to get a quote on building a new patio at the front. George showed up, took measurements, but never sent a quote through. I chased this up but never got the quote.
This year I am extending my rear patio (which was supplied by Patio factory under old management), and decided to give them another chance as I figured they would be able to supply and match same trusses

The A-team from Patio Factory was easy to deal with. George gave us a very competitive quote and Pat kept us updated with the installation schedule. After installation, we encountered an issue with the water flow in the new gutter due to the existing profile of our 30 year old roof line. Instead of a typical 'not my problem' approach, George together with Dave, the designer, made another onsite visit and suggested an additional downpipe at the right location to mitigate the problem. David, the installer, did a great job positioning the downpipe to blend in well with our new patio. All this was

Found this company from local community without any expectations at first, but then I was impressed by the service and communication even I only tried to get a quote for 2x3 patio!
Long story short, I got my patio installed few weeks ago and nothing to complain about. Credit to Dave the installer for his professionalism from a day prior to the first day of installation till the end of the installation process. Well done.

We are extremely happy with the complete process of organizing The Patio Factory for our gable roof patio. Every step has been completed, with no cause for worry.

I was so impressed with this company. From measuring up to the installation and completion of the job, the service was excellent. Everything ran according to plan and communication was professional and courteous. The installer is a great representative of their company. I was so impressed by his efficiency and the way he left the area so clean and tidy. I have already recommended The Patio Factory to two friends.

Patio installed just prior to Christmas - much earlier than expected. Council approval was a breeze, no doubt due to the professional submission and drawings provided. The installers were respectful of our property and finished on time. Couldn't be happier with the quality of materials and the time it took from quote to installation - they have great support staff in the office as well. Thanks!
