Formcraft's wall systems are great for many applications including external walls, load bearing walls, fire rated zero-lot boundary walls, retaining walls, pool walls, theatre walls, cyclone-rated strong room walls and many others.
The FastForm(R) structural wall system is quick and easy to install, and can meet and exceed fire, acoustic, thermal and structural code requirements. Formcraft's FastForm(R) walls deliver proven savings in labour costs through its rapid construction technique. Prefabricated panel packs are delivered to site to suit your construction program.
Formcraft's products offer smart solutions for code compliant structural wall and slab systems. FormPro and FastForm walls function as deep beam structures, eliminating the costly need for including separate beams and columns for building integrity. The FormDeck floor system forms T-shaped downturn concrete beams throughout the slab, integrated with a thin concrete slab, reducing weight while maintaining strength.
Formcraft's wall systems provide the option of using either 6mm fibre cement (FC) boards or 60mm insulated EPS panels on each side of the concrete cavity. The ability to use combinations of EPS and FC panels in the wall system broadens the scope for construction of walls with a range of R values, sound transmission coefficients, fire ratings and overall thicknesses for different structural applications.
