Often the site will be one that poses potential challenges but this only adds to the constructive edges and flair that Westmade has to offer. At Westmade Homes, we are seeing a strong demand for structural timber or steel framed homes. Generally speaking, there are factors that need to be considered such as the site location and the constraints to the site and also the requirements of the project. The clear advantage for timber or steel framing is the thermal performance and secondly, speed of construction give it a competitive advantage over traditional brick and mortar construction.
We work closely with you and listen to your ideas and embrace a very collaborate approach to ensure our home or development meets your exact requirements and budget. If you already had a designer or architect prepare plans, we are happy to discuss your project. We meet with one of Westmade Homes selected designers or your nominated designer or architect to develop a custom design sketch to capture your vision for your home.

My husband and I built our home in Mt Claremont with Westmade Homes in 2018 and could not be happier with Michael and the team. The finishes on our house were excellent and the whole process went very smoothly. We built with Westmade Homes in 2019 and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We dealt directly with Michael and Terry Moffatt who were extremely helpful and provided a quality service throughout the build process.
