The problem was fixed but the price was extremely expensive. I was charged $628.00 to test the unit and regas it. When I questioned the cost I got a copy of the spreadsheet times. Not really sure why I was charged time and 1/2 labour for out of hours. I did not request anyone to come outside normal working hours.

Chloe who answered my call today was rude and abrupt on the phone when asking for a basic quote and a couple of questions. Sounded annoyed to even get the call. She needs to have some training on basic phone manner and customer service. Shame as they were recommended to me by a friend. Went elsewhere because of this.
