From the initial sales consult with Dave, to the finished product. Small things are noticed. Took shoes off when entering house, cleaned up every bit of rubbish. Explained how the app works. Friendly team of hard working men. Quick process from quotation to finished product. 6.6kw Hyundai solar system with Fronius Inverter and Fronius smart metre is working perfectly and is producing upwards of 38kw per day (with potential for that to increase with summer coming) which easily covers our daily energy needs. Easy to monitor Fronius App on electronic devices and computer which Hielscher set-up and explained how to use. Highly recommend.

Great solar installer. They take the time to make sure you get the right solar system for your needs. The panels and inverters are high quality and the price including installation is very competitive. I just like how they set up the inverter to our WIFI so we can see how well the system is doing in real time. Very quick install, one short afternoon and they were done.

I had the pleasure dealing with “Brent, Troy & a few of the younger guys today, despite the constant showers all the team just got on with the task at hand, I found them very helpful & respectful.
They all have… done a fantastic job with removing my old 5.0KW system & replaced it with a new 10.3 KW system & Fronius Inverter.
With all the issues this crew had to work thru with removing the old system & the constant downpours & then to fit an even larger system.
They completed it safely, very professionally and without Fuss.
I couldn’t praise the Team at

The pre sales staff were great and were the only ones that followed up. Admin staff were always pleasant and helpful, I come from a building automation background and these guys knew what they were talking about, installation was a breeze. If you are a Cairns local I couldn’t recommend any one else more highly. They quote what you really need, (unlike some others that want to get rid of stock) deliver and install and give great local support.👍👍👍👍

Hielscher Electrical were highly recommended to us and after our personal experience we definitely would do the same. The customer service was great, from initial discussions with the team in the office, with Brenton taking us through our options with an onsite visit, the team installing and also follow visits. Our roof is not a standard roof and the team were able to get the panels in a config to match our needs. The system production from our product is great and we're really happy with the app monitoring so now we can see our what we actually using. Thanks Brenton and team!

Came highly recommended to us, and I would also recommend Hielscher. From booking in the quote we had great customer service, and it was the owner who came and quoted and spent a lot of time walking us through the system. The turnaround time from confirmation to installation was good, and the installers were neat, and ensured we were happy with location of inverter and layout of panels. After sale service has also been great.
