To provide an accurate quote, it really is best to meet with you on site, discuss with you exactly what YOU want and then come back to you with a fixed quote in writing. We don't quote over the phone. It's impossible to assess your site conditions and what it is what you want in your new pool, without seeing the site and talking to you.

We bit the bullet last year and had Freestyle Pools build a pool for us. They designed and built a pool that suited our needs and provided a pool that enhanced our property . Ben and Rob made what we thought would be a difficult build with poor access, a simple process without any fuss. The whole team were friendly and were a pleasure to have throughout. We really appreciate all the advice we were provided including the heat pump which kept our pool warm into April.

We have just completed our fourth pool with Rob, Ben and the team at Freestyle pools. We could not be happier with the result. The job was completed on time, within budget and the workmanship, as usual, has been faultless. The team are extremely professional and communicated with us the whole way through. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone wanting to build a pool. There is a reason we have used them four times!

Freestyle just finished our pool and we love it. No complaints at all and definitely a builder I would recommend! Having never built a pool before we weren't sure what to expect but the process was seamless. Ben & Rob communicated regularly; whilst navigating the timelines and project milestones of our landscapers and builders...not an easy feat at times. Our pool is beautiful.

AVOID. Very overpriced for just arranging contractors. No communication during build. Treats customers poorly. Did not respect us or our privacy. Barged into our backyard without warning at any time despite many requests to come to our front door first. We feared for the loss of our puppies with gates left open by them and unexpected tradies. Scheduled quote is for the minimum work at low standard. eg Our pool pump housing was mounted on a wooden frame with grass growing inside within weeks. We had to fight to get the pool coping cleaned. Pool fencing was not considered and WE had to arrange to

Our garden and pool area are unrecognisable from the multi-level nightmare that we started with! From initial concept stages through to contract negotiation, breaking ground and ultimate completion of our pool - Rob, Ben and the Freestyle Team surpassed all of our expectations.
Ours was not a straightforward build and required a great deal of ongoing technical and ancilliary input from the team. Sometimes Rob was having to rethink certain design elements on the fly, when mother nature was at her
