Our head office and showroom is based in North Lakes, Brisbane (41 Flinders Parade). However, we build homes anywhere between Coomera (North of Gold Coast) and Noosa (Sunshine Coast). If you are unsure please ask your sales consultant. Yes we do! We currently have 51 single storey plans and 16 double storey plans and many facades to choose from.

Building a house during one of the most tumultuous times in the building industry is sure to be stressful for everyone involved. Expect delays, expect some communication errors, expect human error. It's natural for these things to occur regardless of reputation.

Secured a contract for a build in September 2020, slab down early December and was in the house by June 2021. This was during the peak “home builder scheme” that introduced a cash incentive from the government to build and all builders were busy busy! In my experience, we had very minimal delays to the anticipated handover date which reflected only the time all construction was out of action due to flash flooding around south east Qld.

Looking for a quality builder with exceptional customer service at an affordance price look no further. Iv recently had the pleasure of designing my future investment with Nikki & Paul. Looking for a team that cares and gives you piece of mind with a more personal experience head down and see the team at the Aura estate. Nothing has ever been too difficult they have both only been to happy and answer any questions iv had to date with minor recommendations to better suit the home for its resale value for future family's.

Contract signed! The service provided to me up to this stage has been nothing short of exceptional. My first contact was with Paul at the Aura showhome and from that first chat I knew I had found the company I wanted to build with. Paul and Nikki are a fabulous husband & wife team and nothing has been too much trouble to get me to this stage. The colour selection process was also an enjoyable one (thank you Georgia). Now waiting on land release and can’t wait for the dream to become a reality.

My wife and I are just about to commence building our dream home with CMA and I thought I would leave a review to sum up our experience from conception to build commencement with the team at CMA. In sum - my wife and I could not be happier with the incredible service we have experienced. We opted for a heavily customised home based on a pre-existing design. Hands down best builder in SEQ!! Just got the keys to my new home and wow what an experience. After getting quotes from just about every builder in town Homes by CMA were by far the best value for money and the quality of home they have delivered has been faultless. Not a single delay or hiccup in the entire process from start to finish. If you're reading this and deciding who to build with I can say without a doubt you should go with Homes by CMA.

UPDATED !! Well all finished, and I'm rapped with the result, as I said in my last review I had a great expirance with the design prossess. Now time for the build, I had a great relationship with Angelo throughout, any issues where delt with and taken seriously, I felt comfortable everthing was done right ! I even met Mario and Chris at the site they were looking over the job! I love a company where the owners are still hands on. Another piont to mention was a glowing comment made by a company I had some Outdoor screens put on, they said the build quality was excellent, compaired to what he sees
