I recently moved to Rose Bay and am a retired property manager. The unit building which I now reside in was having plumbing problems for years. Chris’s local knowledge and expertise resulted in him finding problems and fixing them. Chris welcomed my observation of his work and explained why the issues arose, what needed to be done and what regular maintenance should be done to avoid future problems.

Chris was phenomenal. We had another plumbing company attempt the work and fail, only to then quote an exorbitant amount to dig up the pavers to resolve the issue. Chris unblocked the drain in no time and then provided a far more reasonable quote to make a permanent repair. He turned up on time, completed the work in a quicker time than he first thought and then only charged for the time he spent, which was lower than his quote. The work was of an exceptionally high quality. When the pavers that he attempted to lift crumbled due to their age, he mixed up some cement and “manufactured” replacement

Couldn’t recommend Chris enough, our original plumber bailed on our laundry Reno job last minute, when I called Chris he basically shuffled his week around to get our job done.

Chris did a fantastic job installing 2 new toilets - one was a corner toilet and a tricky proposition, however he plumbed it into the main stack perfectly. The other was in the WC and needed a false wall to be built for a concealed cistern under the window. We are thrilled with the result of both works! Chris was always professional, on-time, and an extremely considerate and clean worker. He also ensured that we understood each stage of the work that was being undertaken and was very accessible if we had any after-hours questions. We cannot recommend Chris enough! He is professional, reliable, honest and most importantly a pleasure to deal with. We booked him to install a shower rail which would have been a quick job but unexpectedly a pipe was punched and Chris went above and beyond to repair the job working tirelessly around the clock. It was really impressive and our bathroom looks good as new again - and we love the new shower rail! THANK YOU CHRIS!
