The plumber was very professional and completed several jobs for us in about an hour. We paid an hourly rate for labour plus cost of parts and no callout fee. Their rates are reasonable and service is excellent.

Plumbers Direct NSW has provided by far the best plumbing services in our 52 years at our home in North Rocks. Their staff are very professional, courteous, and above all, clean. I called these guys for my elderly Grandmothers' burst pipe in the middle of the night last week. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and they sent a plumber in a hour ( or a little over). The price was fair and they called my granny the next day to make sure everything was ok. I was very happy with them
