Blocked drain diagnostics are determined through Close Circuit Television Camera (CCTV), which allows for problem areas to be electronically located using Ridgid NaviTrack sewer locating equipment for future repairs and maintenance. Footage of before and after the drain clearing can be viewed on site through a TV monitor.

It was really easy getting in contact with Marcus to organise for him to fix my leaking shower and bathroom sink. We arranged for him to come around withing the window of 10am -12pm. As promised he called at 9:30am to tell me he would be heading over at 10:30am. He arrived exactly at 10:30am and went straight to work. He worked fast and efficiently and got everything done within half an hour, then explained what was causing my leaks. I'll definitely be coming back to Neowhouse & co for all my plumbing needs in the future. Couldn't recommend Marcus highly enough.

I called Marcus late on a Friday night with a somewhat urgent plumbing issue. Marcus called me first thing Saturday morning, and we arranged a time to meet.
