Having moved form the Northern Midlands into Launceston in 2003, Sean has established himself as one of Launceston's top custom home and renovation builders. Vinar Building has for many years undertaken various concerting works. We offer new home slabs, foundation preparation works, boxing, steel work, placement and finishing of concrete. House slab at Kings Meadows Waffle pod slab at Longford Boxing completed, pods in position, steel being tied Half way through the pour Completed job, stripping the boxing Driveway at East Launceston.
We really enjoy bathroom renovations, seeing the change from the old to the new is very rewarding. We will strip out your old bathroom, have the plumbing renewed, install insulation and new wall surfaces. We can supply and install your new vanities, taps, shower units and baths. We water proof the floors and walls to the Australian standards and can tile the bathroom with your selected floor and wall tiles and even paint if.
For more than 20 years we have been involved in restoration and renovations works. From installation of specifically made timber windows that match the original to replacing floor joists, bearers and flooring in old homes. We have custom made fascia boards to blend in new renovation works with old exiting materials.
