Services
We have a core set of highly experienced and skilled staff, as well as excellent relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Rosier has a proven record of managing projects as head building contractors, and specific experience in building multi-purpose projects for community use. We use a range of materials and techniques to create buildings that are beautiful and functional.
We've completed a large number of government and community construction projects in the past eight years, and have extensive experience in this area. Rosier Constructions is prequalified as an approved contractor for works up to a limit of $10 million. We're also members of the Master Builders Association of Tasmania and are Quality Assured for Government Tender applications.
Rosier Constructions has completed a number of residential construction, extension, and renovation projects, all with full site management. We always work closely with our client's to identify ways to reduce costs while maintaining quality and can put you in touch with qualified architects and engineers if you need recommendations.
Sometimes it's simply not practical or economical to build from scratch, and a large amount of our work revolves around extending and altering existing buildings. We provide full site-management, including management of existing contractors, and will reuse existing building materials wherever possible to reduce costs.
