At Chris Reissig Builders, we like to offer a one on one service to all our customers whatever your circumstances or current position. If you need help locating or negotiating for land, we can help, and take you through step by step with preparing plans to suit you and your budget. We then handle all council permit authorities and take you through a stress free building process.

We found a block of land that was on the side of a mountain that no one wanted to buy due to the difficulties building on it. We loved the location and outlook so we explored the possibility of building our home on it.
We didn’t know any builders so we did what anyone would do and asked some of the ‘large well respected’ house building companies to advise us about building on this land. None of them were willing to build a house or if they were they suggested the cost of building in such a location would be so high it wouldn’t be worth it. We were devastated, dream shattered.
