Our experience with this group was nothing short of terrible.
We had a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house which we were quoted $750 for the whole clean. We paid the amount in full as required 48 hours prior to their arrival.
When the cleaners arrived they complained the house was “not empty” and “had too much activity on site” although 90% of the house was empty and upstairs being completely empty. Instead he continued to complain saying he had a “set routine”, which included doing all the dusting of the whole house first etc. I am not sure why he couldn’t start upstairs first, perhaps

We had to get an end of lease clean with only 2 days notice. Not only were they able to fit us in, they were responsive and polite to talk to. On the day of the clean, they did an amazing job! We needed carpet and pest and they were done with everything by lunch time. They walked us through and everything was spotless - from floor to window sill. Our real estate got back to us today and said it was the best bond clean she's seen and that we'll get our full bond back. I'll definitely go with them again next time I need a bond cleaner. Highly recommend Exit Clean team. They did an exceptional job doing a vacate clean on the property we were renting. It was a pleasure to deal with from the initial quote stage right until when the real estate signed off on the exit report. There are some scratches mark on the wall by table, laundry basket and Exit Clean Brisbane also try to remove them all the mark.

We recently used Exit Clean for a property bond clean They did everything from carpet steam cleaning, flea and pest spray and each room was cleaned very well.
We have just received confirmation that we will get our full bond back and there were no comments on the cleaning from the agent. Everything in the house looked great and I was very happy with the work done. I will definitely recommend Exit Clean to anyone requiring a cleaning service.

I just want to thank the guys who did amazing job in cleaning our house before we vacated. We actually thought the job was extremely good but the real estate made a note some extras in the garage and a few small marks in the kitchen. After we contacted the crew they came back at 7am the next morning and were finished within 30 minutes. We got the all clear and our full bond back! Thank you again.
