My heating broke down yesterday. I called Steve at 1:00 today, he was there by 2:40 and my heater had been repaired and serviced by 3:30. Really reasonable price and very honest. GasDucted Heating is the most effective and efficient way to heat a whole house. Warm air is circulated equally throughout the house through vents in the floor or in the ceiling. A centrally positioned return air grille and thermostat will ensure the selected temperature is maintained. Settlement Plumbing can install, service, repair or replace your current ducted heating system.
Ducted reverse cycle systems comprise of a central unit installed in the roof or under floor which is powered by a compressor located outside the home. The indoor unit is connected via ductwork to a series of outlets installed in the rooms that will require heating or cooling. Ducted reverse cycle offers the benefit of refrigerated cooling in summer and then with the flick of a switch heating in winter all from the same outlets.
Hot air enters the cooling unit on your roof where it is filtered and cooled as it passes through specially designed moistened Chillcelpads. A fan then blows this beautifully cooled air throughout your home. Hot air in the house is forced out through open windows and doors providing your entire home with a complete change of air at least every two minutes.

Steve is an extremely dependable, professional, friendly and trustworthy plumber. He has repaired our Central Heating, tested for Carbon monoxide and serviced our gas heaters. He has also installed our Hot Water service, installed new taps. Steve also charges a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend him if you require a multi talented, honest and down to earth Plumber.

I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. He completed the job in the set time frame that he said it would take and cleaned up after the job. We have recently purchased a 13 year old unit in Pakenham which came with a ducted heating unit that was put in when built. We were not familiar with any local plumbers but previous owners had left an invoice from Settlement Plumbing that had been done in 2018 regarding the thermostat. I contacted Steve at 6pm regarding an issue with hot water system and requiring installation of new unit. He treated the problem as urgent and turned up next morning at 9am with a new unit. Steve is easy to talk to and does a very professional job. I have used his services 3 times now and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
