I called this business after being quoted crazy amounts just to inspect a leaking pipe. Luke came on-site the same afternoon and quickly fixed my issue with a pipe joiner he had bought with him to address the problem. His total bill was less than what others quoted me just to inspect and quote my repairs. Luke was polite professional and a really nice bloke to boot. This is the only plumbing service I will be using from now on. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have had the pleasure of Luke completing two jobs for me. He was the plumber when I renovated and redesigned the main bathroom. Also connected storm water drainage for a new garage. Arrives on time, great standard of work, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Luke and his apprentice showed up on time and were incredibly professional and helpful in fixing a leaking toilet and replacing shower head. They were able to resolve these issues on the spot for me rather than having to come back and forth and are very reasonably priced.
Luke also provided advice for septic tank issues and plumbing which was greatly appreciated.

I rang Luke from Jet Plus plumbing regarding a possible water leak in my home, and he was nothing but polite, understanding and helpful towards my situation. Knowing I was slightly distressed about the whole thing, he offered to send out one of his team to inspect the house. Not only did he have someone there the very next morning, he also did not… charge me an inspection fee. Jack who came did a thorough inspection and reported the outcome to myself and Luke. Luke has since liaised with me throughout the process (when he didn't really have to) and has tried to help out as much as he can

Luke and his apprentice have responded within the hour to a burst hot water pipe.
He explained the problem with the pipes and recommended a solution which we are very pleased with.
Luke and his apprentice also did the plumbing on our kitchen & bathroom renovation, arriving on time early in the morning to disconnect the gas & arriving on time later in the day to reconnect the gas & do the plumbing fit out.
Highly recommend. Skilled Plumber. Reasonable price.

Highly impressed, a new school tradesman with old school attitude. We had a difficult issue with the modified plumbing of our spa. Luke was called out for what, initially, appeared to be a water pipe leak under our house. It was difficult to tell as very limited access under there (old Hills cottage in Belgrave). However, he soon determined the issue was much larger than originally thought, with “illegal” pipe work being laid (not by us, but… in the past, and plumbing standards have changed over the years). It was very difficult access to get to the issue, but Luke thinks outside the square in fixing issues. Along with an apprentice - and a lot of very hard work - the problem

Had major problems with all of the sewer blocked throughout our house. We had used other plumbers previously however so happy JPP responded to our ad on Trusted Tradies. Luke was amazing, came out on a long weekend (didn’t charge the exorbitant prices of most trades for a call out). Very professional, kept advising us of our options throughout the process and cleaned up after himself ! Will certainly be using his services in the next few months when we move into our new house and will definitely refer him to friends and family.
