Brendan was an absolute delight to work with.We moved into new premises and had trouble with the Gas.He was fully booked but fitted us in so we would have hot water I fully recommend Urban Tide Plumbing and going forward I will only use this company.

Brendan and his team are wonderful, Always shows up on time, efficient service, very reliable. I have used Urban Tide for many years now. Have had to call them twice after hours, they did not hesitate to pop in and fix the hot water system. I highly recommend them anytime!

Brendan from Urban Tide is the only plumber we will use.
Over the years he has assisted us with and installed drainage and water tanks, full project managed and renovated our bathroom which we are so happy with.
Today on a Saturday I rang brendan at 9:30am to tell him my hot water service had burst, I took a photo of the unit and sent it to him.
Just after lunch(same day) Brendan turned up with our new hot water service, installed it and we have hot water again.
We are located in Emerald, so can be hard to get tradespeople here at times, however every time I call Brendan he is prompt and assists

Brendon is so lovely to deal with. Easy to talk to and on time. We have a storm water issue and tried 3 different plumbing companies, either found job too hard to do or taking 4 days to just get a quote. With Brendon there is no mucking around. He known exactly what’s the issue and given us a quote on the spot and by far the cheapest. Fixed issue in no time. Wish all the plumber like Brendon so easy to deal with. Thanks Brendon. :)
