I organised for Jake to clean my carpets at 2pm today as I had someone else installing an aircon unit and wouldn’t be finished until 2pm. I confirmed the time with Jake this morning and all seemed fine. Jake turned up early (1:20pm) and was annoyed about the aircon person. He refused to start on another room first and refused to wait until the agreed time of 2pm. He was extremely rude to my girlfriend and left without a word. He quoted $150 for two bedrooms and wanted cash only. I wouldn’t recommend using his services.
