Finally, an inner suburbs cleaning service that not only understands but doesn’t overcharge for inner suburbs parking difficulties (if you know, you know!!).
They were prompt, professional, finished quicker than quoted. Gave a guarantee to come back if my landlord refused to refund BOND but ofcourse they didn’t because Mr Neate did a perfect job first time!!!

My beautiful King Living furniture sofa was ruined by their harsh chemicals and inexperienced staff. Spots, streaks and water marks appeared that never existed before. I was told that once the couch dried they would disappear but they didn’t. They came back days later to try and fix the problem but my couch will never be the same. The cleaning guy was 45 minutes late on both occasions and I also found out that he works as a contractor so he’s not even an employee of Mr Neate. Stay away from these guys!!

I have used this service for years and they never disappoint. Grant just did the annual cleaning on our light grey material 7yo couch and it looks new again! That’s saying something as I have a child and a dog! Amazing service and always professional work. Highly recommend.

My partner and I got a rescue dog who was not toilet trained and thus continually weed on our carpets (especially in one spot). Our carpets really were a mess. Grant came did an amazing job of eradicating the stains and the smell. He is also extremely professional and well priced, especially in comparison to companies we have used for carpet cleaning in the past.
