I came here with friends for a late dinner and some drinks which we all have really enjoyed. The restaurant was very clean, stylish and spacious enough, it’s a good selection of dishes and neat drinks too. Waiter Adam was very helpful, as we have never been here before together with my friends so he made it so simple to us to pick the right items from the menu and explained them and made good suggestions. Great place,

Nice neighbourhood restaurant with sushi counter, good choice of the fish, unfortunately lucking in service and attention to guest. We placed the order the tempura arrived immediately but the gap for sushi was 45 minutes due delivery drivers demand which shouldn't affect the guest in restaurant. Also the quality of tuna wasn't right, the fish was grey and lucking flavour which was concerned for raw fish, probably frozen. The waiter clean the table
without asking for feedback, the bill arrived with service charge applied however the experience was very dry and impersonal.

Loved the food and the friendly service, we didn’t know we had to book a table b4 coming but they got us a table regardless. The food was really really yummy and Instagramable, I was disappointed with the mochi however, was too frozen and unflavoured. Other than that the chicken katsu curry and the sushi were really good. Would come again for sure x

The atmosphere and aesthetics of the restaurant are really nice with fairy lights and lots of plants. The food was so delicious. I got the tapas and it was all really tasty and big portion sizes. I only got three tapas, one of which I shared, and I was stuffed.
My server Olivia was really friendly and attentive, we never had to wait to get served or for the food to come. I wish all servers were as lovely as her.
Would definitely recommend.

Pet friendly Japanese Restaurant in London
Yesterday was my hubby’s birthday. I wanted to celebrate his birthday with our little girl Mochi (10 months old). @oitarestaurant has an outdoor dining area and I want to try it long time ago. They are cafe at daytime during weekdays and offer Japanese food at night & weekend whole day. The key is they are pet friendly 🐶🐶🐶
Luckily it’s not raining and we could sit outside. It’s just like a secret garden 🌹🌼🌺 and I couldn’t believe it existed in Wood Green

First time we have tried Oita. I wouldn't say it looks like a classic Japanese restaurant, however the food is quite authentic. We ordered a variety of food, some sushi and cooked food. All the food was very flavoursome and I would definitely come back again. What's more our two little dogs were allowed in the outdoor area so we could enjoy the food. I would imagine that the beer garden area is a buzzing place in the evenings as it has a nice vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful which is always nice. The only criticism I had was with salad coupled with the teriyaki. I felt it did not quite go

Love this local gem of a place. Have been a few times and now that they have a garden/outdoor eating area this place is even more amazing!
Sushi and hot japanese food are all of good quality. Some korean items on the menu such as kimchi also very good. given the quality and premises, prices are very fair and good value especially takeaway on certain days (check website for details).
staff are always friendly and helpful and happy to deal with any allergies or dietary requirements. They go out of their way to find the best solution for you so cannot fault them at all. even during busy periods
