We engaged Symcorp for our second storey extension. Kris, Josh, TK and the rest of Symcorp team were always courteous and professional to deal with.

I would have loved to have put a 5-star review of Symcorp however we did have some dramas throughout the project & the work was not delivered on time. At the end of the day we are happy with the quality of the renovations and Kris genuinely tried to help set things right.
A word of advice to potential clients: Request a programme up front and check your contract to ensure you are covered in the case of delays. Hold your builder accountable for delays in the form of liquidated damages BEFORE you sign the contract. Ask the builder how many projects they have on at any one time & how many your site

We engaged Symcorp to completely renovate our home, including an extension and new larger bedroom balcony. Overall we are very pleased with Symcorp’s work, with special mention due project manager Kris' incredible ability to foresee issues and the insight to make changes on the fly - most noticeably getting rid of a pillar in the extension that was left in the original design, making an enormous difference to the final layout. Also Kris stage managing the opening up of the kitchen has greatly improved the feel of the new extension.

We recently hired Symcorp to do a garage conversion plus WIR and ensuite. They were brilliant from first quote to completed works - professional, communicative and cared very much about a job well done. They were also incredibly fast - a job that should have taken 7 weeks, was pretty much done after 5. Special shout out to project manager Kris for being an absolute star. Not only would I recommend but they will be the first and only call I make for any future renovations or builds.

After touching base with multiple builders in GC and reading reviews choosing a company to trust renovating my first investment property whilst living in SA i decided to go with Symcorp. The owner was not only professional but extremely helpful and went out of his way to provide me with many different options to help me achieve the desired look i was going for whilst sticking to my budget. This was a 3 month project of mine and Symcorp managed to get it done 2 weeks ahead of scheduled time. couldn’t be happier with the results and workman ship put into this and i would highly recommend them for

Hence I took a punt on a builder I didn't know and it paid off. After obtaining prices from three builders I found that Symcorp were the most detailed and fairest in their quote. I had engaged an independent estimator and Symcorp's price was within a couple of percent of the estimator.

Symcorp is a great company to work with when renovating your home. They are great with working to your needs and the workmanship is excellent. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to renovate their house, whether it be a big or small job. Supervisor Dwight is always easy to talk to and knows exactly what is going on with every stage of the process. Wouldn't do a renovation without them!
