We are super happy with the level of service, expertise and professionalism obtained from Draintech. Peter was honest in his dealings with us and communicated the process of replacing our boundary trap and relining 17mts our old sewage pipe in a way that we could understand and feel confident with what to expect. It was a big job that was completed in 2 days. Everything was put back perfectly and the pathway that was removed was newly concreted. Peter and Luke were able to meet me on site on the day I called and were able complete complex sewer works to replace a collapsed sewer 4 metres under a foyer area of a commercial building within a week. Very professional and they completed the work for the quoted amount. I think they provided good value and a great client experience.

Luke came to inspect the work and provided a sound, practical and cost-effective solution. A detailed quote was provided. He arrived on the day nominated and worked in a safe and organised manner. Some additional work was required when the job was opened up, and we were advised of the potential for this beforehand. Some companies use these situations to charge excessive additional amounts. The final invoice that we received detailed the additional work, and was entirely reasonable.

Luke and his team were fantastic. At every point of the interaction he was pleasant and responsive. They gave a competitive quote and were able to complete the job very quickly. We recently used Draintech to sort out a reoccurring sewer blockage on our house in Yarraville. They used cameras to show us that tree roots had grown into the terracotta pipes under the back of the house. They then relined the drain so the roots would not grow back. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, they were prompt and professional!

Pete, Luke and the team at Draintech provide an exceptional service. They are true pros; they are punctual, and really know their stuff. We have used them twice, and both times they fixed issues that had other plumbers scratching their heads. They fixed issues with no fuss on the exact dates they said they would. And one of these jobs required… excavation through unpleasant sewerage conditions! Their fees for service are unrivalled and on both occasions we have used Draintech they have been more price competitive than other quotes by a significant margin. I couldn't recommend Draintech highly
