I used Drain King for our rental properties.I highly recommend them. When called for the Robinsdale property that we managed they were there within an hour, solved the issue and added a lint trap on the wash tub to keep the problem from happening again. They offer a rental property maintenance plans so be sure to ask them about that.

Out of "nowhere" our main drain line leading from the house to our septic was clogged. My husband tried valiantly to fix it himself only to finally give up and call Drain King. The next morning Austin from Drain King showed up like a rockstar. Told us not to worry that he would get this work done correctly and at the most efficient cost as possible. 45 minutes later... success! It was a three foot ice dam. Drain King was amazing and did NOT drain our pockets. Thank you Austin! It's great to have what one thinks of simple creature comforts...able to flush!

I was in a jamb and needed a camera to find out if I had a broken sewer pipe after a plumber thought he cleared it. Hadn't been able to use water for a week. Despite a massive snowstorm they got out to me to confirm that the pipe was clear and wasn't a broken pipe but tree roots. They even gave me a discount after hearing I had spent $800 on two different companies with the first company trying to say I had roots but need to pay $5,000 to excavate the pipe as it was impossible to cut through. The second company cut through it but thought it was a cracked pipe. Drain King said it wasn't needing

I recently had an issue with my main drain backing up into the basement. I called One Hour Rooter who came out and refused to snake the main line and instead tried to push water jetting on me for $1500. At that point I sent them away and talked to a friend who is a former master plumber. He told me they were trying to rip me off and referred me to Drain King.

We had an emergency with the basement drains. Our plumber recommended Drain King to us. We called and they were able to get us in right away. Which was great! Seven hours later and a huge bill, they finally fixed the problem. However, we were left with a giant mess to clean up. Plumber mentioned discount (also mentioned online) since this was the first time we've used them, which we did not get. And they added an additional charge which I will not get into. Sadly, we will not be using Drain King again.
