Very Dissatisfied with the Service over $600 spent no Results I should have read the reviews and would have never used the Drain Man. Left the place in a mess, mud water everywhere I had to clean up my self as being charged $176 every 30 minutes very very unhappy with the service would never Recommend to any one.

The Drain Man operates on false advertising, promising either a short or long term solution to your problem. Instead, they offer short or long term guesswork, not coming up with any real tangible and effective solution!! They were not on time and started work when expressly directed them not to until I was present. A total waste of $495 and when I voiced my concerns to one of their managers Darren, he was quick to come up with excuses as well as dismissing me!!! I ended up fixing a section of earthware pipe dislodgenent and had the pipe repaired!!! Horrible service and I would never use them again

Spent $800+ dollars only to be told the earth in the pipe is too compacted for the machine to get through so I'll have to pay a plumber to dig out the old pipe and replace it. The guy was pleasant enough but my problem of a blocked pipe wasn't resolved making the experience pretty costly disappointing

Just received a visit by plumber Brandon of The Drain Man and couldn't be happier with the service. Brandon is friendly and personable, and worked expertly, even in the freezing rain, showing us the camera images and explaining the problems and possible solutions. He made excellent suggestions and completed a great fix, for a rather deteriorated and tree-root infested pipe, in under two hours. Very Happy. Phil and Joan, East Malvern.

This review relates to a service call that I logged back in June, 2021 for a blocked stormwater drain on our property. We understood that the initial call out was going to be $495 for the first hour and then $176 for each 30min after that. We also were told that we would be given an estimate of how long it would likely take. Your representative came to our house and had clear access to access pits and attempted to clear the blockage with a high pressure hose after reviewing it with the drain camera. This wasn't successful but he did say he would be able to unblock it but it would take longer than
