We had a great experience with Melbourne Heating & Cooling several years ago, when they were able to fix our air conditioner quickly while others couldn’t fit us in. I rang again recently and Debra was unbelievably helpful and generous with her time. She actually gave me advice to fix my problem over the phone, when she could easily have charged us several hundred dollars for a service. Highly recommend.

The team worked at our property on several occasions to replace a broken down older system. While it took them two installations on two different days to find the right unit for the entire level of the apartment, they did not give up until we were completely satisfied with the output of the new system. They worked in a highly professional manner, with amazing team work, agility and persistance. And clean-up after them was also a breeze. :-)

At the start of Winter my Bonaire central heating was switching off after 20 minutes so I called Melbourne Heating and Cooling. They came out promptly to get this working. The job was not an easy one as there is no access to my underhouse ducts and they are old. Added to this was the tight access to the system and the fact that this was an intermittent problem so difficult to pin down the cause. The team at Melbourne heating and cooling (especially Peter who is a central heating whisperer) came out promptly 4 times, persisting in the delicate tinkering with the system to get it working consistently
