Recently my Bonaire ducted Cooling system was not working probably. I started to search company who can give me a quick fix. I spent half day to call and email but the answer is unsure whether I can get it fix on the day. I understand that part is most difficult to get these days because of the pandemic. A duct heating unit needed a repair after 5 years and I thought its better to have the company which installed it to fix it. The woman called Linda who is supposed to give me a quote said she could not find any information in their system that they actually installed it to which I forwarded the invoice from the builder. No reply whatsoever afterwards. They are not interested in customer communication just installation. Fortunately it's not a warranty repair lol.

Have spent in excess of $30k with these guys. Between hydronic heating and aircon. The hydronic heating has had leaking issues since they were installed. They have had their service guys come out numerous times and yet they still leak. Most recently, they have caused water damage to some new cabinetry I've had installed.
They also forgot to install a drain for one of the upstairs aircon units, had water pouring through my ceiling. Got that fixed with a pump on their recommendation, ever since it smells like there's a dead person in my ducts. They have stopped answering my calls and returning emails

I got a couple of quotes for ducted aircon but I accepted Specair's because they had previously installed ducted heating to the property and I presumed that they would have the best idea of what was involved. I accepted their quote and paid a deposit. A week or so before installation was due they asked if their installation guy could come and have a look. He did and spoke to my tenant (who is also my son) and told him there were a few issues. He says he asked my son to get me to call him and my son says that the installation guy only said that he needed to talk to the person who originally

First time was in November 2017 when we needed an aircon to be installed at our property. I got in touch with the company, they sent a sales person to check the house, he gave me a couple of quotes for different models, we accepted one and the installation was a week later. I really loved that experience and when I needed my ducted heating to be rearranged I decided to get in touch with them again.
I called them 3 weeks ago, spoke to someone (cannot remember his name) on the phone and explained what I needed (zoning of living areas

I've not used their services, but having dealt with their business I can tell you what kind of people they are.
One of their employees reversed into my car in a shopping centre car park, destroying the tail light. He admitted fault at the scene, gave me his details, told me a story about the last time he'd been in an accident 20 years before near the Children's Hospital, and we discussed how the box and fan in his tray completely obscured his rear view mirror.
I contacted his employers that day, who said they would talk to the employee and get back to me the following Monday. I rang them again
