Got evaporative cooling installed 1st week of October 2021. Responded quickly to my quote request and came to visit 2 days later. Spent an hour on site doing the calculations and answering all my questions. Also quoted the best price. After receiving other quotes which clouded my mind, they were able to answer all my questions. Even the general manager responded. Decided to go ahead and 2 days later fully installed. Even before others got back to me with their one size fits all quote. Decided to wait until we had some hot days in Melbourne before posting this but it works so good as promised. Found

Not one to usually leave an average review but we’ve run out of options. David was amazing and thorough with quoting, install was a little delayed due to covid which was cool but we only got told the day before, which was a little frustrating due to work arrangements. Install went smooth. Paid the bill and then later on got an invoice for hiring a jackhammer. Digging was included in our quote and if we had been told we would have just done it with our own hammer that was under the house where he was working. Tried and tried and tried to follow this up with accounts but just get ignored and keep

Our experience with Ashley and Ben were professional and of a very high standard.After having a bad experience with another company, we found Premium Air to be a breath of fresh air.
They replaced all of our ducting under the house after a rodent infestation and serviced the heating unit. I would highly recommend Premium Air as you will be very happy with their prices and great service.

We installed a Panasonic 14 Kilowatt ducted system through Premium Air in May 2021. Prior to installing the system we received approximately five quotes. Premium Air were not the cheapest, but they were the only company to send out an engineer for a site visit prior prior to quoting and designing the system.
Our engineer Terry took the time to understand our current needs as well as our plans for a future extension. He designed us a tailored system that could easily be adapted given the plans we provided.
The installation process was extremely professional and efficient with clear communication

Having had quotes from various companies, David from Premium Air was the only one who took the time to actually measure up our house in order to specify an appropriately sized solution. The quote comprised of various brands and didn't pigeon hole us into a specific brand/model.
Once the quote was accepted, the installers (Michael and Nick) arrived at the time specified and immediately kicked off their works. Their work was clean, tidy and efficient. All ducts and dampers were tied in place resulting in a professional finish.

I like to thank the Premium Air team for providing us with a perfectly engineered heating solution. We had lots of cold spots in our house with a poorly engineered duct network and a very old heating unit. I had a consult with David, his approach was scientific solution driven. He clearly understood my pain points and provided a solution that ticked all the boxes for me. Michael efficiently installed the duct-work and the new heating unit.
