We had a great experience with eureka awnings . The awnings were installed on time and to budget . Moreover, installation was first rate with the installers taking the extra mile to use a string line etc in order to mount this precisely on our roof. They even returned the next day (a good sign) to adjust the awning to our requirement .

We're really happy with the awning and service from Eureka Awnings. I had done a lot of research into pergolas and Jasons solution for our space and price was the best I found. The awning was ready in the time Jason specified, and the install team were really professional. We went with the Tera retractable pergola and it's a solid, well made product. Love the result and looking forward to using it over Summer.

Jason installed our awning on our apartment top patio about five years ago. Their price was great and installation very professional. The awning is a German make and high quality. After about 4 1/2 years the motor malfunctioned, and Jason honoured his guarantee and replaced it just recently. Very happy indeed.

Clearly mentioned when I called that I was looking to duplicate an existing balcony awning.
Jason turned up with fabric for interior blinds and when I explained again and showed him what I wanted he initially said it couldn’t be done (when it clearly can) and then once he realised I knew what I was talking about was quite rude and said he didn’t want the job.

I contacted Eureka Awnings for a quote on a Suntech retractable roof for our pool only to be told that they don't actually sell Suntech products despite them saying that they do on their website and having lots of Suntech product photos on their gallery. Needless to say I won't be progressing with a quote from this business.

Got quotes from a number of companies and these guys were head and shoulders above everyone else from the very first appointment.
Very knowledgeable, good value, professional installation (our awning was quite large and required a crane to get it onto the apartment balcony which they organised), and most importantly, the awning is great (German made).

WE are so happy with Eureka Awnings, both the quality of product and service, the rep and tradies came on time , measured up perfectly and did a great job. Our house is a small inner city terrace and the measurements had to be very precise, we chose retractable awnings and are delighted with the finished product! I thoroughly recommend Eureka Awnings
