Good quality products, fair prices, and great service from people that listen to what you're after, find a solution that works, and don't get into the pressure sales. Charles sorted us out with a custom made piece of stone that's perfect at a price lower than what the others places were flogging their showroom floor stock for.

Disgusting customer service.
I was willing to pay the price but asked to pay the $100 delivery fee on the day of delivery (because my card has a $1500 limit) the old guy refused. He got really aggressive and walked off, I had to walk out of there before things escalated even further!!
What a joke! If you have a business like such you should expect people to try and get the best price. Perhaps use business strategies, if you don't want to bargain that's okay but increase your price by 5% so customers at least think they are going to get a deal.
So congratulations on losing $1600 today, stick

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with great products at great prices. They helped me design my bathroom and I even got to choose a custom top for my vanity to suit my theme. They had it delivered within a week at a reasonable price- even my plumber and carpenter were impressed by quality and turnaround. Would highly recommend them to anyone renovating or building.
