Black Phoenix tapware, hand rails, shower fittings, the baths and vanity units are exclusive to Reece Plumbing Australia, and make a bold statement in these two spaces. Bathtime Bathrooms understood that this customer was looking to luxuriate. The family bathroom includes a full-size bathtub, giant showerhead, double hand-basin and mirror-faced recessed storage above the vanity.

My wife and I slowly and painstakingly restored a Californian bungalow over three years, Bathtime Bathrooms stuck with us throughout the project and helped us to redesign and restore a bathroom and renovated an old kitchen into a bespoke laundry and powder room. We are very happy with the end result. Thank you Tony and Wayne for your support, especially as we did all of this work over the tough Covid period.

The guys at Bathtime Bathrooms did a great job on our master ensuite. The whole process was slick from starting consultation to finish. Simple and easy to deal with the two main suppliers we used and we are super happy with the finished product. All trades were highly skilled and took a lot of pride in their work, leaving our home clean and tidy every day before they left. Special thanks to Tony and Luke for managing the project for us.

We engaged with Bathtime August 2020 to fix a nightmare job done by someone else a month prior. They were quick to respond and we were able to get the project approved and underway very quickly. Tony and his team were always on time and always were a pleasure to deal with during the renovation of our bathroom. Massive thank you to Din from Bright Renovations who worked endlessly to get all our fixtures and fittings despite some Covid-19 related delays. Unfortunately we had a similar experience to Stu French. Lots of slick marketing up-front, disguising poor project management and customer service at the back end.
While we are visually happy with bathroom, the bathroom fell somewhat short of the practical elements desired and the contractual agreement. More specifically;
• They failed to install the under floor heating - just flat out didn’t do it
• This resulted in a timer not being installed which we arranged to have heated towel rails linked to also
• The insulation taken out of the walls at the demolition stage was not replaced

From the first consultation, design, demo, build to delivery, every phase was on-time and professionally delivered. All trades delivered quality work with friendly, respectable and approachable guys. Project Management over the top ensured we tracked to our end date.
We needed the main bathroom delivered by a strict set date and after a detailed assessment prior to starting, we were assured they could deliver the project - and they did, three days ahead of schedule.
At demo we discovered some water damage to structural points beneath the shower. Within minutes of discussing it with us, Bathtime

For an apparently premium supplier, dealing with Bathtime was a rather absurd experience once the finessed sales process concluded... in fact, we did "take a bath". We were consistently chasing them to adhere to their own project timeline and apparent struggles managing multiple projects (which, as the client, we shouldn't even need to know or care about).
We even ended up helping the plumber to carry heavy amenities into the property due to his offsider not turning up. A poorly-orchestrated cacophony of different tradespeople, more reminiscent of using Airtasker than a professional outfit. As
