Mark and Jason gave good advice and great service when we decided to have our floor done in engineered spotted gum and we are extremely happy with the outcome. The boys installing were professional and did a great job, I still have to stop and admire the floor every time I walk in the door, it is just amazing. Also shout out to Sandra who was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

Floors of Distinction was recommended by our builder and their workmanship was top notch. We went for Embelton raw wide board engineered black butt, sanded on site with Bona Traffic in satin finish. Glad we opted for sanding on site as the boards sat neatly with no gaps in between. It's a lovely natural looking floor with variations. The job was completely on time and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!

The guys came on time and also finished on time as advised. Luigi's workmanship was excellent. Matt was great in removing my carpets too. I like dealing with Mark as he was upfront and a genuine guy. Unfortunately, Jason was late for the first appointment to do an in-house quote which left a bad impression but Mark came to cover him immediately. I'd recommend Mark, Luigi and Matt.

After 7 years, its time to put this solid rating. They did my solid jarrah timber flooring circa 2013, did concrete floor survey to check for flatness, seal it, then install the timber onto floor, prime it with Bona, and 2 coats of Bona HD. Within a month small issues came, i had a few ‘empty cavity knocks’ here and there, but they were quick to rectify it. The timber floor was our pride and the talk among guests. Notably, i find it interesting how tradies would comment how good the floor looked, and asked me for contacts.

We had engineered timber flooring done from FOD last week for main lounge and dining area removing existing carpet floor. It was a nice experience starting from measurement, choosing the matching floor as we have existing timber floors in other area of the house which was done a few years ago. Mark is very patient and helpful. Installation is done neatly. so far, we love the floors.

I am extremely pleased with the workmanship done, ideas suggested when planning the work and support during the process. You have made it very easy to have the floors done. In addition please compliment your team that worked on our floors. All of them were friendly, respectful and professional and cleaned up very nicely at the end of each day. Its always hard having multiple people coming in and out of ones home but you and your team made it easy.
