This is a 4 year review on my floors. The initial lay of the floors was very good being straight and level. The young guy that sealed the floors did a very very poor job. Drops of sealer are visable in the most used area of the house. As the timber ages there are more and more boot marks in the floor (more than 10) which anger me every time I see them. which is alot. Some boot marks are so visible I can actually measure the boot size and almost make out the brand of boot.

I had the jarrah floorboards in my front room sanded back and polished by Floors By Nature this week. They did a fabulous job.
The room is off the main hallway which shares the same boards and they matched the colour and the gloss perfectly.
From the initial contact with David, to the quote of the job with Ken and then the work carried out by the legend, Lewis, it was painless & quick.
What a fantastic little business. I’ll be using them next time.

Just like their floors, professionalism comes naturally for these guys.
Every member of the team or rather I should say family; from the ladies in the store to David, Ken to anyone installing or polishing the floors are really lovely and highly accommodating.
They have laid two Marri floors for me now and they are the feature piece of the apartments, everyone who sees the floors immediately comments and asks who I had to do them.
Prices are competitive, however it’s quality and professionalism and a worry free job that is priceless. Highly recommended.

Martin sold us on the Trex decking and it has now transformed an old weathered paved patio into a superb outdoor area for our home. The Trex both looks and feels like a top quality product. We had overseas guests due to arrive and really wanted to have the deck finished for them to enjoy, so David did the installation himself, at very short notice. What a pleasant experience it was to have him build it, and to see first hand how much pride both David and Martin took in their work, every step of the way. No short-cuts from these guys. Very highly recommended. Can't fault them at all.

FBN were great to deal with, we bought our gorgeous flooring from them in October 2013 & got the previous owner of the business to install the floors. We had a problem this July with the installation & guess what the installer didn't want to know. Upset & unsure how to proceed I called David one of the current owners of Floors by Nature for some advise & was overwhelmed by the quality of their customer service, within 2 days they not alone sourced the problem but kindly rectified it too. Quality product with a quality service. Thank you again guys

I am always extremely impressed with the team here. They are highly professional with a great focus on customer service. The fact they also have competitive pricing on the product range I have required is almost an added bonus. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs decking or flooring.
