Michael has been involved in the management and running of the company since its inception in 1994. He is hands on in the day to day running of the business and still occupies a desk in the general office area. Michael is always available to discuss those more "tricky" regulatory issues and always endeavours to find a practical solution to any problem.
A Carport is defined under the Building Regulations 2006 and National Construction Code as a structure used to house motor vehicles, which has a minimum of two sides "open" and not less than one third of its perimeter "open", and for the purpose of this definition, a side is considered to be open if the roof covering adjacent to that side is not less than 500 mm from another building or allotment boundary.
